The Angel said with a smile,
"I will overthrow God.
I am stronger than he."
He did as he said,
He knew his own strengths.
He fought, a battle in Heaven
raged.
It seemed so endless,
but he lost and Hell was made
for him.
There he was banished with
his followers
Into his land of suffering
and pain...
On earth,
A human was walking along the
streets.
She looked up to the sky,
And said, "I wonder where my
guardian angel is?"
Her sweet eyes seeing the blue
as beauty and love.
But she met with an angel,
A wretched being of hatred
and fury.
She didn't dare speak to him,
But being her kind self she
did,
and they were friends.
"I will free you from this hell,
If you will just come with
me..."
The innocent girl followed.
She did not like to live on
the earth.
She traveled with him, to his
land.
When she saw it was all fiery
and dead,
she screamed.
"You tricked me into coming
here!"
That was not her idea of Heaven.
"Let me go!"
The angel showed her the history
and the past.
She began to see the other
side of the
written holy book.
She screamed, now insane,
unwilling to believe in the
Devil's stand.
As she prayed, an angel, different
from the fiery angel,
Descended and sent her back
to earth.
"Go back to hell,
and stop disturbing her with
your world."
In defiance, he shouted,
"How can you tell if this is
the hell I live in and not heaven?
How can you say that the pain
is not the best enjoyment?
Or that darkness is no more
beautiful than light?"
These questions struck his
own heart, as he sat down and thought.
These were all paradoxes, inevitable
paradoxes.
Suddenly, he understood.
He looked up to the sky, from
his painful hell,
"Aren't you who created me
for the purpose of sin,
more evil than sin itself?
You are righteous at the expense
of me."
There was no reply, but a thunder
struck in the sky.
The evil never wins, as good
never shall die.
The old tale goes, the cruel
wheel of fate is the same;
It is no fairy tale for kids
and the innocent girl.
Time passed, the devil stood
there alone...
And he broke down and cried.
...... ... no offense to christians,
but I'd always thought God is evil.
Flames are welcome.
