The voyage was slow and tedious, and would have been to anyone else but they were not tired. 

There was not much civilisation. They walked out of the forests, into fields, into forests again.. .And saw no one. 

Then they came to the edge of the magical barrier. They could see through its shimmering surface, the buildings beyond, the suffering civilization.

"they cannt see us but we can see them," Tetsu explained. "We wil bring them life, they are so dead already."

The foursome emerged into the suffering people; the tall buildings and the heat of desert. It was an ugly sight-- there was only gray buildings and dust was blown about. Not a single piece of greenery was seen, and all the people were wearing some strange suit.

"What is this?" Hyde asked.

"I don't quite recall," Tetsu replied slowly.

"Hey you! You know it's illegal to not wear these suits," a man in spacesuit grabbed hold of Yuki's shoulder. "You'll die of skin cancer before you die of old age!"

"We don't need any suit," Tetsu explained.

"You're human like I am, so I reckon you need it. Come to the police station with me."

They complied. The inside of the police station was bustling with activity, posters of wanted suspects were posted up for reference all over the walls of huge computer screens. Everyone was typing furiously-- it was a major chaotic place.

"there's some suits here," the police said, as they were led into a room of spacesuits. "Take one of your size, pay the state back the money and get the hell outta here."

"Okay," Yuki replied, and picked a suit. "This stuff looks uncomfortable."

"We don't need it, really." Tetsu tried explaining again. "We're not humans, you see--"

"You aint foolin me, dude. Lemme get this straight. We dont want sick people around the district area, you hear me? Anyone infested with diseases, cancers of any sort will be arrested and executed without trail. Same goes to majority of the states."
