The Sun

Hidoko

Eternally messy brown hair

Which radiates with light reflected from

The sun

Beautiful curving brows

With speaking eyes underneath

Which can seem dark even under

The sun

Aura, so special

Gives people the mystery

Of his karma, fate,

Of which, God has decided to share

With this person

The brilliance of his glory brighter than

The sun

And nothing seems funnier

Than his boyish comments

And his strange actions

The smile so bright

That it outshines

The sun

The ragged breaths he breathes

Or the painful smile

To assure

Reminds me of

The sun,

Setting.

With him nothing seems like the night

Though in his eyes

There lives the moon and the stars

The darkness of the night

But still, it can seem like

The sun.
