so I decided to move the thread up. ^^x;

Sakura looked at his younger brother in puzzlement. He didn't remember getting out here to the sea...
Yukki took his arm and began dragging him towards their house, smiling good-heartedly. "You need to get some rest, too, Sakura. If you're still worried about those two...I can stay up and take care of them."
The taller man turned his gazes to the house, and back to Yukki. He was suddenly feeling drowsy. "Well, if it's okay with you..."
Yukihiro smiled again. "But
of course."

Die had always been a light sleeper.
He had retired to bed early that night, feeling more exhausted than usual for some reason. And all went well until Sakura, his older brother who shared a room with him, roused from bed and left the room. The redhead had awakened at the sound of bedroom door clicking open. Seconds later he heard his brother conversing with a unfamiliar deep voice, which he assumed belonged to the small ebony-haired boy they'd found on the shore today. And then he heard more footsteps, more talking, and more opening and shutting of the doors, when finally he just couldn't sleep anymore.
After lying still on his bed for some moments, frowning in annoyance, he finally got up and decided he'd go down and see for himself what was happening.
He left the bed. As he slipped on a robe, he heard the muffled roar of the sea. Something tingled in him, and he casted a puzzling glance out of the window. That was when he saw the distant figures of his two brothers on the edge of the shore. He squinted to get a better look, and saw it was Yukihiro and Sakura, who seemed to be conversing. Then they embraced. Die blinked.
"Die?" Suddenly a voice rang in the darkness of the room. The tall redhead whirled around in surprise, only to see his small brother standing at the door, his back against the dim light of the hallway.
"Oh, Levin, it's only you."
Levin grinned and walked into the room, towards him. "What are you doing up so late?"
Die raised an eyebrow. "That should be my question for /you/."
His brother shrugged. "Checking out our guests to see if they're fine."
"That Hyde kid and Tetsu? Really, what's the fuss all about? They'll be fine in the morning," Die said, huffing.
"You're just mad because you can't sleep," Levin replied with a chuckle. He reached up and touched his brother's forehead. When he spoke, his voice was mesmerizing. "Sleep now, my brother."
He caught Die's body easily
as the taller man slumped forward, unconcious. Gently lowering the latter
onto his bed, the boy caressed his face and whispered, "Sleep now, my innocent
Die..."
