Sakura paused at the door as two pairs of startled eyes fell upon him. He let a small smile grace his face as he greeted the raven-haired stranger, "Ah, I see you've awakened."
The man being addressed nodded somewhat awkwardly as he struggled to sit up. Levin helped him.
Sakura found his eyes wandering until they came across another figure, the redhead who so reminded him of an angel, who now rested curled up on his bed, long dark red hair spilling across the pillow so beautifully it was like a great painting coming to life.
"And this one... Had he been awaken, too?" The question slipped past his lips before he even realized it.
Levin shook his head.
"Where am I?" Cut in a deep, silky voice. It was Hyde, and his large, almond-shaped eyes were fathomless and clearly guarded.
"This is my place. I am Sakura. Nice to meet you," explained Sakura patiently. He held a friendly hand out to Hyde.
"Sa...Sakura?" Hyde's eyes widened marginally; but he quickly regained his composure. He bit on his lower lip thoughtfully for a moment before he accepted the other man's friendly gesture.
The taller man smiled faintly. "What's your name?"
Before Hyde could answer, however, Levin chirped in cheerfully: "Hyde! His name is Hyde!"
Sakura nodded, smiling. "That's a rather unusual name, Hyde. This is Levin as you must already know, my youngest brother."
The beautiful brunet inclined his head politely, silent. He was examining to two brothers carefully. He could not remember what he'd done, why he'd been unconscious, and why had he ended up here in this totally foreign place, and...
"Is he your friend?" asked Sakura, gesturing to the sleeping redheaded man sleeping not far away.
...And why they kept asking /him/ about that other person.
Hyde shook his head. "I don't know him..." He was confused. And the tightening in his chest as he laid eyes on the redhead was not going away...Why?
Sakura blinked. He looked questioningly at Levin, who returned it equally helpless.
Quite suddenly the door burst open again, and there was Die with his unruly flame-colored hair, and Yukihiro, who stood behind Die, peeking into the room timidly. Both of them were carrying a tray of steaming food.
"Stop ordering us around, Sakura! We ain't your servants, you know!" Die huffed as he strode into the room with Yukki trailing behind; he was referring to the food Sakura had instructed them to prepare for the two strangers. He noticed Hyde, who was looking at him with suspicion in his eyes. "Oh, you're awake! Finally! How about the other one?"
Sakura quickly hissed, "Shh! Not so loud! You might wake him up."
"Ooh, erm, sorry..." Die grinned apologetically.
But it was too late. They all turned to look at the small red-haired man as he moaned softly and began to shift...before the warm chocolate eyes blinked open to the world.
