Elicist fics are determined by these elements...

fiction by me:
a) impression
based on my own personal impression of the fic overall.
Generally this is the most important aspect.

b) depth / ideas portrayed
depth of ideas, concepts and ideologies portrayed

c) classicism / audience response
my own concept of whether this could be a classic in
my personal history of writing
and audience response to me

d) writing process
whether I have spent much thought and effort

f) length
determines some of it. Most short-novel length
and novella length fictions are here coz I don't
have that many and anyway most of them were written with much mental engagement which contributes to the overall impression.

e) dynamics / technique (esp 2002)
especially prominent in the year 2002.
The fiction should be full of dynamics and
dramatic effectiveness.

g) innovation
there must be a freshness of ideas and technique
at least, in my own personal writing history.
This makes up a large part of the overall impression.

c) classicism

my personal history of fic-reading

d) language
General use of language skills.

e) length
determines some of it. Although it is not crucial,
I tend to place more liking on longer fanfiction
as they tend to have more depth.

f) dynamics / technique
The fiction should be full of dynamics and
dramatic effectiveness that engages me
as a reader.

there must be a freshness of ideas and technique.

poetry by me:
a) impression
based on my own personal impression of the fic overall.
Generally this is the most important aspect.

b) depth / ideas portrayed
depth of ideas, concepts and ideologies portrayed

c) classicism
my own concept of whether this could be a classic in
my personal history - ie: as a portfolio

d) language
General use of language skills.

e) dynamics / technique
sometimes the poetry is actually a form of prose and some other stuff. I try to tell poetry from prose and vice versa but generally I group what I intended to be poetry under this category.
The elicist category tries to classify poetries (or at least those that I think could be) from prose-poetries.

g) innovation
there must be a freshness of ideas and technique.
At least, in my personal history.
